I was born and grew up in Taiwan, ROC and I moved to the US in 1980’s. I can speak and read both English and mandarin Chinese.
I have been an active volunteer since 1990’s with a few charity groups; which provide me the opportunities to have direct connections with survivors or victims of natural or man-made disasters.
Most survivors or victims are still in shock every hours after the incidents happened. They are worried and feel very vulnerable. As volunteers, we don’t say: “I understand!” Well, even you might have been through similar situation, you are not him or her. In a complex fire, each family and every individual reacts differently.
The connection and empathy motivated me to study Hypnosis. The more I learn, the more I love it. Hypnosis is entwined with spirituality and mentality. Our physical and emotional bodies are influenced by spirituality and mentality, thus we can practice hypnosis to change our mental and physical health.
